Business Continuity Update

Pace Chemicals offices, warehouses and supply chains are open and operational while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and team members is our highest priority.


We have initiated a COVID-19 crisis response plan to protect our employees and continue support to our customers with the same trusted service and excellent standards of the past 36 years. This plan supports the continuation and maintenance of critical functions and services, necessary resources and essential workforce.


We understand that many of our customers have new protocols in place that do not permit our service staff to visit their sites.  Pace is also following the directives from the Government and Health Authorities to adhere to social distancing best practices and to eliminate any non-essential person-person meetings to ensure public safety and the spread of the COVID-19 virus.   To abide with our customers protocols and the authority directives, we are postponing our non-essential site visits in the interim. 


However, we understand that the treatment programs we provide are essential to the operation of our customers water systems. To our customers, you are our trusted partners and we are committed to offering stable, resilient services while maintain our high standards of excellence during this unprecedented time. 


We will continue to offer testing services to our customers by the following means;


Water samples can be dropped off at any of our offices for analysis

Sample bottle(s) drop off and water sample(s) pick up service can be arranged with our service team.  Contact your Pace technical representative.


In the event that this pandemic escalates to a government directed lockdown, Pace has already equipped all administration and service staff to work from their homes to reduce any interruption of our services;
